First Steps:
- New Resident Application
New resident is to complete the 'New Resident Application', available at the Manager's Office which is located on Navajo adjacent to the Community Center or click here to Download 'New Resident Application' and then drop it by the Manager's Office.
- Gate and Pool Keys
Two car gate keys and one pool key will be issued upon completion of the application.
- Rules & Regulations
Rules & Regulations are generally distributed as part of escrow; or if it is a rental, the owner is to contact the Manager's Office to obtain a paper copy. Click here to download the .PDF file version of this document.
